I sold this property on Bonnie Bay a little over a year ago. The buyers, whom I know, first saw the property in October of 2009 whilst out walking. The property it's self was of little interest to them, however the actual lot is semi waterfront, and situated in a secluded cul de sac with near perfect close up ocean and island views and the most spectacular sunsets, as you can see from the next image.
The buyer's, whom I know well have esquisite taste and are embarking on an ambitious contemporary build, working with Cedric Burgers of Burgers Architecture Inc. The outcome is sure to be absolutely stunning, and as I'm passionate about this sort of project, I will be working in collaboration with my clients, to follow and update my blog in as much detail as possible with the progress of the project. I hope to have some sketches of the project soon. In the meantime, the first two pictures below are taken roughly from the same angle as the sales brochure image above that we used to market the property initially. Spot the difference!
I'm told some slight additional blasting will be the next proceadure to optimize the ground floor area....Watch this space.
